What if I can't find the fin or product I want on your site?

Please feel free to shoot us an email with the particular fin or product you are after and we'll try our best to get it to you! (If you can include a photo that would be even better so we know exactly what colour way you are after)

What if I didn't get an order confirmation?

Email us straight away because you should have received an order confirmation. Something may of gone wrong and we can work it out together.

How can I track my order?

Once we have packaged up your order we send through a tracking number so you can track it right to your doorstep!

How long will my order take to get to me?

Please allow a processing time of 2-3 days once the funds are all cleared we ship your order with Australia Post Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do - charging a flat rate of AUD $25

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

You don't need a Paypal account to use it, simply check out as a Guest and you can put your card details through that way. Easy!
