This amazing tool came about after a trip to San Clemente, California with Maurice Cole. MC was working out of legendary SC shaper Timmy Patterson's factory and showed us an early prototype of this fin marker. The beauty of this tool is that it avoids the problem of occasionally off- centred stringers by measuring from the rail. The problems with a standard layout square is that it will only measure from the stringer. This means that you will get perfect fin positioning for your fins every time.
