A fin template designed by one of the greatest surfboard craftsman of all time. Clean lines, classic curves and precision foils are the name of the game here. Made to perform in a variety of boards - from single fins to mid-lengths to thinner planing type boards. Equally at home by themself or in combination with side bites in 2+1s or performance longboards. Minimise drag, increase your speed and find that perfect trim line.
George Greenough 4-A
Functional and versatile
Arguably the most iconic, functional and versatile single fin available...should work well in just about any board. The Greenough 4-A is one of the most popular single fin designs around - a truly well-balanced fin. The full base is coupled with a tapered & moderately flexible tip. This fin provides a solid amount of drive off the bottom and superb speed & responsiveness through turns. Recommended as a great ‘Baseline’– put it in a new board, then experiment with other templates from there…(if needed)
California Classic
involvement shape longboards
For those of you that ride longboards, the larger sizes are a great addition to your collection. With a similar turning circle to a Greenough 4-A - the California Classic has a slightly thicker foil, a touch less base & a touch more tip area. This extra area in the tip and thicker foil helps you really lock in on the nose. Providing more hold through steep sections and more stability walking up and down the board. The smaller base provides a little more pivot, preventing any stickiness through turns. A staff favourite in wide point back, pig or involvement shape longboards - especially in steeper, suckier waves.
The small to medium sizes in the California Classic pair well with Eggs & Single Fins. When combined with side bites they are great in 2+1 set ups, mid-lengths, performance longboards etc
